Meditation + Yoga Experience

Guided meditation sessions are perfect to calm the mind, to reduce stress and improve focus. It allows the opportunity to eliminate behaviors that might be holding your workforce back. Breath focused meditation “Anapanasati” is the perfect introduction to a meditation practice. This experience with guided instruction allows you to learn more about incorporating this practice into your daily life. Crystal sound bowls are an amazing addition that can be added in these sessions to allow a sense of deeper relaxation.

Because we believe movement is the key to life-long health we want to share my love of yoga with your team. We teach various styles of yoga including Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative. All of these practices will allow your group to stretch move, breath and focus inward.

We can build your experience to meet your companies’ goals with equal parts meditation and yoga or as much or as little as you would like.

Wellness Workshop Experience

A healthy lifestyle is sustained with education. Our Wellness Workshops provide tips and tools used to create healthy habits each day. Tips on movement, meditation and setting milestone goals. Learn to create a routine with healthy habits and you will become the best version of yourself. Special focus on my 888 Infinity Balance Program.

888 is simple. 8 milestones. 8 movements. 8 minutes of meditation. We will provide a workshop for your team where they will write down 8 milestones they see for their future. Next, we will teach 8 movements to create balance. To wrap up, we will guide the team through 8 minutes of meditation focusing on their milestones.

Milestones help you set and see your goals. Movement gets the blood flowing to improve focus. Mediation gives you an opportunity to look inward and find the path to reach your goals.

Fitness Experience

We love to move! Any type of movement. The fitness experience will build strength in the most important muscle in your body…your heart! If this muscle is not in top shape the other parts don’t really matter. Employees who are physically active have lower healthcare costs, require less sick leave, and are more productive at work (Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health). We will create an exercise movement class for your group to boost the cardiovascular system (aka. the heart), build core strength, muscle endurance and improve balance all while giving them the mental focus to be at the top of their game. Our fitness experience classes are creative and include movements into all planes of motion… up, down and diagonal. Your group will leave the experience feeling strong and ready to tackle any challenge that crosses their path.
