“There is no such thing as work-life balance - it is all life. The balance has to be within you.” -Sadhguru

The word “infinity” comes from the Latin word “infinitas” which means “unboundedness,” having no limits and ends. This resonates with me when thinking about my connection to fitness as a journey. I believe there are no limits or end to the path of health and wellness.  The infinity symbol, often used in mathematics, represents and infinity loop and the number 8 on its side.

While creating this program I did research on 888 and learned that it is an “angel number.” Angel numbers are a series of repeating numbers that you come across in everyday life. It is said that they represent angels communicating with you and bring you good fortune. Being a Las Vegas based business numbers bringing good fortune is a concept we enjoy!

Angel number 888 is symbolic of balance, change, financial abundance, reaping the fruits of your efforts, positivity in your life and inspiration for achieving goals. It’s a sign you are on a true path to discovery and your foundations have been laid to build the house of your dreams.

In my mind, this is similar to fitness and wellness. A solid foundation allows for you to become stronger, like a foundation allows for a home to have walls and a roof that are tough enough to endure the test of time. The end product is a strong body and mind.

The 888 Ideology

The 888 ideology is present in every service SP wellness provides. It creates balance between your mind and your body. It provides a quick method that can be added to your daily routine to assure you are on the right path for you. 888 is simple.

8 milestones. 8 movements. 8 minutes of meditation.

Milestones help you set and see your goals.

Movement gets the blood flowing to improve focus.

Mediation gives you an opportunity to look inward and find the path to reach your goals.
