During a guided meditation and yoga experience you will learn how to calm the mind to reduce stress and improve focus. We incorporate yoga such as Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Yin or Restorative movements to stretch, move, breathe and focus inward.
Wellness Workshops
A healthy lifestyle is sustained with education. Our Wellness Workshops provide tips and tools used to create healthy habits each day. We utilize various movement and meditation programs to create balance between the mind and the body. Our workshops can be virtual or in person.
Fitness Experience
We will create an exercise movement class for you and your group to boost the cardiovascular system (aka. the heart), build core strength, muscle endurance and improve balance, while improving mental focus and overall health.

I have nearly two decades of experience in the wellness industry in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have seen hundreds of clients improve their bodies, minds and lifestyles which lead to them being happy, peaceful, confident and more productive in their lives.
Why Meditation?
Improved collaboration is a direct result of group meditation. While gaining traction pre-pandemic, meditation has taken off to aid in reuniting fractured workforces as a result of the pandemic. Companies are continuing the practice of offering wellness options post-pandemic in order to attract and retain employees.
What is the goal?
My goal is to provide your workforce with mindfulness meditation to remove any behaviors that may be holding them back. I promote wellbeing and will give your workforce the tools to eliminate stress and anxiety that is commonly seen in our modern-day environment.
